Product Condition
  Condition Condition Definition
1. New Perfect condition, never used. Unless otherwise stated, our items are sold new.
2. OEM It is a new item (as defined above), but is in a brown non-retail box.
3. New Open Box These products have never been used, the only difference between the "New" and "New Open Box" is that the outside factory seal has been broken, due to cancelled order or mishandling during transporting from warehouse to warehouse. However, the inside contents are complete with factory seal.
4. Generic - 3rd Party It is a new item (as defined above), but is a generic version manufactured by a separate manufacturer.
5. Refurbished &
Factory Refurbished

Refurbished typically means that the customer returned the item for reasons other than being defective (e.g. a customer may have changed his or her mind, did not like the product, or had difficulty operating it).

Factory Refurbished products differ from other refurbished products because they are restored to the exact manufacturer specifications by the original manufacturer in a certified refurbishing center. In addition, these products typically come with the added advantage of a manufacturer warranty.

These unused or used items have been returned to original manufacturers for various reasons: use in field tests, use in sales displays, and cancellations. They are then cleaned, quality checked and tested twice. They are also serviced, if needed, in the original manufacturer's certified refurbishing center.

Refurbished products may come with minor blemishes and may come with or without manuals, batteries and back recovery disks. Please refer to the Product page for exact terms regarding warranty information and supplemental software. They may be packaged and shipped in non-retail boxes. Some non-basic components (e.g cables, manuals, accessories) may be missing. Please see item description for package contents.

6. Used - Like New

Item has never been used. It looks and functions identical to a New item (as defined above), but for some reason this item does not qualify as New. Item may not come in the original package.

Often, the only ways to distinguish a Used - Like New product from a new product are blacked-out serial numbers.
7. Used - Very Good Item looks and functions as if it were new, but may have light marks or scratches. Accessories, manuals, cables and software may not be included with the item. Please see item description for package contents.
8. Used - Good Item works as new. Minimal cosmetic damage to product. Some wear and tear but not excessive. Some non-basic components may be missing. Please see item description for package contents.
9. Used - Acceptable The most important functions of the item work as new. Functions that do not work should be described in detail in the description. May have some damage; some non-basic components may be missing.
10. "As Is" Item is being sold "as is." We have not inspected the item in any way and make no guarantees about it's condition. All sales final. No returns on "as is" items.
